RSS allows you to view frequently updated data feeds from various blogs and news sources that you may be interested such as WeddingBasics.com, CNN.com, etc. Using an RSS reader you can quickly access headlines, summaries, and links to full stories all in one place rather than visting each individual site each day.
RSS Readers will download and display RSS feeds for you. A number of free and commercial News Aggregators are available for download. Firefox has an RSS Reader built right into the browser and the newest version of Internet Explorer is supposed to include an RSS reader when it is released later this year.
Many aggregators are separate, "stand-alone" programs; other services will let you add RSS feeds to a Web page. Yahoo! users can add RSS feeds to your My Yahoo! page; to make this easier, you can click on the "Add to My Yahoo!" button below. Google also has a new RSS Reader for those with Google accounts.
